Other solutions would be install a Greddy SR20 power steering pulley.If I am not mistaken.Larger in Diameter.
Install a better seal on the power steering reservoir cap.There is a place in Japan that sell them they are 45mm OD 35mm ID 3 mm thickness.Maybe you can find one at Mc Master.Also use a transfluid with a higher boiling point.Na
